Botswana Government ??, on Wednesday May, 22nd 2019 lifted a ban on elephant hunting with reasons that the farmers livelihoods were being affected and the elephant population had increased.
“Botswana has taken a decision to lift the hunting suspension, The general consensus from those consulted was that the hunting ban should be lifted,” the environment ministry said in a statement.
